Contact enquiries and e-book requests are distinct from a request to receive ongoing marketing emails. Forms and stored enquiries
The website uses Contact Form 7 and WPForms for forms, and Flamingo for stored Contact Form 7 enquiries. Depending on the form, submitted information may be stored in the website database and sent to the administrator by email. Forms and anti-spam services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, submission times and page URLs. Storage and email delivery can differ between forms; an on-screen acknowledgement does not guarantee that an email reached an inbox.
Subscriptions and external providers
Convertful is used for on-site subscription or lead-collection features. Mailchimp has previously been used for blog subscriptions, so earlier subscription records may remain with that service. Hosting, form, anti-spam and email providers may process information necessary to supply their services. Website administrators and authorised service providers may access information for administration, support and troubleshooting.
Google account connection and Gmail email delivery
DoctorGko Website Email is the administrator-facing Google connection being configured through WP Mail SMTP to send website email notifications using the authorised Gmail account. Visitors do not need to grant access to their own Google accounts to submit an enquiry or request an e-book. Once authorised, the connection uses Google-issued credentials and tokens, the connected sender identity, and email recipients, subjects and message content to provide email delivery. These messages can contain information entered into website forms. Authentication material is stored by the website integration and should be accessible only to authorised administrators.
Google account access for this integration is intended for website email delivery, not advertising or the sale of Google account data. Use and transfer of information obtained through Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The account holder can revoke the connection through Google Account connections; revocation stops future authorised access but does not itself delete previously sent emails or stored enquiry records. Cookies, analytics and search reporting
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics and advertising. Google Analytics and Site Kit are installed to support website reporting when configured, including page views, engagement, referral sources, device information and approximate locations.
