“Safety leaders is somebody who set standards and values for an organisation by making orders to do safe by influencing them.
Its not about monitoring. Its about you as a leader, ability to influence orders, it’s a belief in your safety, it’s a belief in what you are doing, to encourage them to see everything you are doing and they can come to you for advice and you should be there with them” – Sunday Geshom
