Stay curious to learn and explore new things. Be mindful in your thoughts and emotion. Don’t feel shy or afraid to ask questions. Do visualization, observe everything and increase your imagination. Staying curious and being imaginative increases your intellectual health.
Reading:
Read what you like either fiction or non –fiction. Read something which makes you curious, bring interest and develop you to learn skills and acquire knowledge.
Journaling:
Start writing journal; express yourself without any judgment, without any hesitancy. Start writing more which helps you to understand yourself. When you start writing your thoughts and feelings, it helps you to develop your intellectual awareness.
Learning a new language:
Learning a new knowledge helps you to understand their cultural background, makes your mind sharp and it is the best workout for your brain which thereby increases your intellectual health and wellness.
Exercise:
By doing regular exercise, it not only helps your physical health but also your mental and intellectual health. Regular exercise increases the hippocampus, an area in the brain for memory function. Sleep well:
Sleep is crucial for optimal functioning of body and mind. Lack of sleep or disturbed sleep disturbs the entire body and mind function. So focus on minimum 8 hours sound sleep at night. Be restful.

Travel more to know new cultures and experience new things, learning and playing a musical instrument, goal setting, Practice Mindfulness and Meditation.
