One common thing to all Human beings is “Time” irrespective of Age, sex, Rich, Poor, Region, Religion, Literate, Illiterate, etc, etc.. Everyone has only “24hrs Time per day”

You can’t change it!!

You can’t recreate it!!

You can’t Earn it!!

But you can “lose” it!!!!

If an average human spends roughly 79yrs means, there are only 28,835 days of hours!! Meanwhile, Education, Career, Success, Achievements, Marriage, Family, etc  etc has to be achieved.

Time waits for no one. So utilizing time wisely is markedly important.

How do you manage time? Time Management Tips & Tricks:

Honor your small Commitments:

Every action should focus on your work. Every work should focus on your commitments. Action completing your small commitments. Don’t excuse yourself since it doesn’t harm anything immediately. Why do you Procrastinate and how to overcome from it

If you want to go to bed earlier, it’s a commitment. Do it as it is, Don’t excuse yourself to scroll feeds on Instagram or Facebook.

If you want to wake up earlier, it’s a commitment. Do it as it is, Don’t excuse yourself for snoozing the alarm for another 10 mins.

Every small commitment you achieve makes you know the value of time, the value of yours, and makes you set realistic goals.

Clear Focus on Goals:

Set realistic goals with an approximate time limit.

Consider contingencies and uncertainties while putting your time limit.

Planning is vital before Execution to save time.

Analysis and prioritize

  •                    which is important & which is Urgent
  •                     which is Needed & which is wanted

Schedule a separate or extra time to cope with Contingencies.

Consider Delegation while planning.

Delegation:

Try to share your work with others both professionally and personally. But take accountability for that work.

You need to clearly articulate the desired outcome, identify the constraints and identify the area of possibilities to include people for delegating the work.

While Delegating, Keep in mind about distractions

Avoid Distractions:

While delegating the work, schedule a time for supervising and supporting the work which is delegated to another person. Because your work may be hampered due to distractions from the person to whom you have delegated the work.

  • Turn off all notifications.
  • Allocate a separate time for your Social media site.
  • Avoid Multitasking – Multitasking is a very good distractor.

You should be Physically & Mentally at that moment. Thinking about the past & planning for the future makes you distracted mentally which results in stress and slower  work.

Time for Assessment:

Schedule a time for assessing your previous work and based on the outcome, schedule the time for upcoming work.

It makes you less distracted and builds a peaceful time for your work.

How to be more Productive?

Tricks to have Peaceful time and sustain the same:

Initiate Habit Tracker:  Track your habits for a week and assess it regularly.

Put Scoreboard: It makes you feel better to see your small small accomplishments.

Take one day be a Lazy day: Relax that day. Do what you want to do. Sleeping, Eating, Watching movies on your preferable time.

Cadence of Accountability with your friend:

Have a regular meeting {may be a virtual one} with your friend who you believe and discuss about the targets and accomplishments. It gives a positive peer pressure effect and makes you to maintain in your track.

Remember,

For every area, there will be a lagging phase!! Frustrated time consumes your energy and time more.
